Hodgsons (previously called “the Grounds”) is located in an imposing building opposite Beverley’s Museum of Army Transport and close to the leisure centre.

Inside you find an impressive main room with extensive views out onto the recreation grounds at the rear.

    Popped in one Friday evening before Christmas about 7pm. No clientelle, place in a state of disrepair, and only Tetley’s cask available. Popped out again without ordering.

    Went there for an event in December. Fabulous venue, really friendly staff. Great atmosphere and lovely food. Was pretty busy too for a Wednesday.
